Blocked drain causing flooding

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 18:11, Saturday 20 February 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

This part of Egypt Lane is in a dire state. There is a a blocked drain, a covered culvert, the road is sinking and in the recent cold weather this was a lethal stretch of road, especially as a pedestrian as the flooded road froze. As a regular user of this stretch on my daily dog walks, I have been drenched more than once by an inconsiderate driver. The whole of Egypt Lane should be classed as a failed road, I appreciate that there are limited resources but to state that these reported issues are fixed is not true. Are the council being charged for work that is not carried out? In that case, as council tax payers, we are being ripped off.
