Blackpond Lane has recently been resurfaced in the last month there have been two new excavations (only about 50m apart for services (I guess) dug in the new road surface. Both have been very poorly reinstated and are already sinking. Having so recently resurfaced Blackpond Lane, I think you should get both of these contractors back to do the reinstatement job properly.
