Hi these are some of the pictures I took in June 2020 l have been trying to get this look into but first reply was no action required then i phoned the department of highway and spoke to person call Dave but I am not having any luck now at the end I called you Kim if you can help me please as I try to walk to shops and village for shopping way thank you

To whom it may concern I am writing as my client has previously raised these issues with you, I have attached his emails and pictures of the footpath and trees that block his way on the footpath from his home towards the local shop Could you please take a look and response to let me know what action can be taken to clear this footpath so it is safe for mu client to undertake his daily walk. He has sight loss but likes to walk this route daily with his wife and due to the current state is unable to do so. Kind Regards Kim Dudley

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.
