Surface water from road drains enter a manhole/junction on the verge adjacent to 1,Potters Glen on Main Street and is then outed under the driveway of 26 Main Street to soakaway (there are no surface water drains in this area). The heavy rains of 3rd October and 23rd December resulted in the flooding of our lounge floor and could obviously happen again. This has been reported by phone three times in the last three weeks and we await a response, urgently. There is no point in replacing carpets until the problem is resolved. TfB ref. 40144803
