Slip roads both sides

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 08:07, Tuesday 23 February 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

I am writing in regards to the extreme potholes on the roads outside of our dealership. We have had a high volume of complaints in regards to these potholes by our customers and staff members. We have brought this to your attention previously and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. The potholes are situated on both sides of the A41 slip roads, to exit and join the dual carriageway. They have grown to such a large size in all areas that it is near impossible to avoid them. Due to that, when one our technicians was out on a road test in a customers vehicle, he came to damage one of their tyres, which then led to us having to pay out over £500 to replace this tyre, he was fortunate enough to not have damaged the alloys and rims as this could have cost us £1,000s – that could have been very possible with the conditions of the roads.
