Front garden of 93 Sandycroft Road, HP6 6QR has covering of stones and pebbles; these are being dispersed through the boundary fence onto the pavement, making it a hazard for walkers and particularly dangerous for wheelchairs, the the stone stop the wheels. One person has previously been thrown from a wheelchair because of this hazard. This issue has been ongoing for several months.
