Zebra crossing by Waitrose in Chesham

Reported via desktop in the Road surface category anonymously at 13:10, Wednesday 24 February 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Previous case number 40143362 - this has been logged many times over the last 18 months and unfortunately each time there is no repair required or more important areas are ahead in the queue. This surface of the crossing has got worse and worse over the last year and you can barely push a trolley safely across. We have had multiple trolleys topple over and had to replace the contents for customers and more importantly and concerning many members of the general public have tipped/fallen over, or injured themselves. 3 customers today have tripped in the large hole with one lady requiring medical attention. Please can this be reviewed again as all I can tell customers is that we have previously reported but unable to fix.
