The tree is very large. It blocks light and the roots are now lifting. Can it be trimmed back?

  • Blocking light and unable to grow any vegetables or flowers in the garden. Lots of leaves fell down into my garden. The tree is pushing my fence and already started damaging it. I was also informed by the neighbor who lives in No 45 that he had slipped and fallen down twice on his decking due to leaves from this tree. The footpath has damaged by the lifting tiles. Can it be completely removed?
