Dumped rubbish

Reported via mobile in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 20:50, Friday 26 February 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Discovered several black bags in stream. I removed what could & left on side along with white underlay used for laminate flooring. This is second time within a couple of weeks I've reported fly tipping in same area. During the cold spell many vehicles were stopping to view icicle display in the lane. I believe the vehicles have flattened the verge whilst parking to look at icicles which has made it attractive to stop & fly tip. Would recommend verge is dug over/churned up to make it less attractive to stop & tip.
