Warning sign for wildlife crossing
Reported via mobile in the Sign problem category anonymously at 17:40, Friday 5 March 2021
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
The toad crossing sign still hasn’t been replaced at this critical crossing point for a very fragile population of amphibians. It’s is vital to inform the road users to enable them to be aware of the danger of slaughtering these creatures as they pass such an important site. Henley toad patrol volunteers regularly save thousands of these creatures throughout the springtime migration to their breeding pond and would appreciate any help enabling them to continue their essential nature conservation.
