Chapel Street, Pedestrian Crossing

Reported via desktop in the Footpath / pavement problem category by David Turner at 18:52, Wednesday 10 March 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The temporary crossing lights are stuck on red. This is a busy crossing for children heading to and from both junior schools. The south pavement is now closed off so anyone needing to cross coming from Claremont Gardens has to choose their moment and cross the road when the traffic has stopped leaving Marlow at the temporary traffic lights and before the cars shoot along the road into Marlow. I am sure this breaks every health and safety rule there is. There will be hundreds of individual crossing a day at this location mostly involving junior school children.
