Faded white lines and slow signs

Reported via desktop in the Road lines / road markings category by Stewart Walker at 19:09, Wednesday 10 March 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Rickmansworth Lane has become significantly busier since the closure of Chalfont Lane to facilitate the HS2 works. Speeding cars and trucks are a real problem. It is now dangerous to drive from Roberts Lane into Rickmansworth Lane as cars coming from Chalfont St Peter often cross the middle of the road at speed. We litter pick the lane weekly and find plenty of evidence of near misses; wing mirrors, parts of numbers etc. They have all but disappeared in the intervening years, would it be possible to get these re-instated?
