Footpath passing 44, 43, 42, 41, 40, 39, 38 Pemberton Close onwards
Reported via desktop in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 09:44, Fri 12 March 2021
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2603296.
Footpath is crumbling and made up of a mixture of materials due to various maintenance works having been undertaken over the years. Footpath is sunken approximately 3 inches from the level of the kerb and is uneven to walk on. There are a number of elderly residents who struggle to walk with frames along this path. Footpath has been like this to some degree since we moved here in 2016 but has deteriorated further over time.

Two injuries have occurred since this was first reported. Two children have fallen over on separate incidents on the uneven path surface and have scraped themselves on the gravel and crumbling concrete/tarmac that litters the path where it is in disrepair. Can you confirm approximately when this will be addressed? Many thanks
