Gully located in front of 9 Pound Lane next to the speed bump (near the front door).

PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS REPORT WITHOUT INFORMING ME WHAT ACTION YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE AND WHEN. I last reported this issue a month ago (report 40156759). The report was closed and no action has been taken. The gully in front of 9 Pound Lane next to the speed bump is not draining away properly. When there is rain the road floods and this makes it very difficult for us to get in and out of our front door especially with people driving so fast through the water. When you unblocked the leaves and mud from the gully in October 2019, you carried out a flow test and found that the water was not draining away but instead running back into the drain. I was told that this gully is connected to a soakaway on the opposite side of the road which needed to be cleared out in order to fix the problem. This was never carried out so we continue to experience issues with standing water when it rains. My understanding is the you have known that the soakaway which needs to be cleared out is located within the back garden of 4 Garnet Court since October/November 2019 however you have still not taken any action to resolve this. I believe the fence line of 4 Garnet Court has been moved hence the gully is now located in their back garden. I have made several reports concerning this problem in the last 18 months (40106439, 40113384, 40146060). I understand you need to contact the owners of 4 Garnet Court to resolve this issue. Please inform me what action you are going to take and when.
