Damaged footpath

Dear team
I am reporting this damaged footpath with trip hazards again. I can see online it has been reported several times.
I previously reported this and the council have said they will not repair it. I asked about having it repaired myself and I was given the incorrect information. I was given the link to apply (and pay a considerable fee) for a dropped kerb - my property already has a dropped kerb and has done for decades so I do not need to pay and apply again. This is not an initial application for a dropped kerb but for a repair of the footpath, not the actual dropped kerb.
On this side note this should be the council repairing the footpath and not me having to go to the trouble to do so.
The footpath is in a bad state of repair and is regularly used to access my property which is adding to the wear and erosion of the clearly poor quality tarmac that has been laid previously on top of concrete (poor surfacing standards).
I just need details on gaining a permit for a third party contractor to carry out the repair. Please send correct details before closing this ticket.
Many thanks
