Dangerously broken and irregular road surface

The public highway at this point is in a dangerous and collapsing condition. This needs prompt attention before someone is seriously injured. There have been two nasty accidents involving pedestrians in the past year. This has been reported before through different channels but to no avail. Perhaps something now will be done about this badly needed repair and re-instatement of the collapsed road. Thank you.
