Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Our crossover continues to be a hazard especially after building works that were going on in neighbouring properties - I wrote exactly 1 year ago (10th April 2020) regarding this problem that was caused by the builders lorries using our crossover to access the neighbouring property. I do wonder why you ignored my letter as it would have been easier to repair then rather than now - it just keeps breaking up every time we come in and out of our drive. I see that a report has gone in for a pothole outside No. 6 New Drive. Maybe it would be cost effective to have our crossover completely repaired whilst repairing No.6.
