There are x2 bags in the bushes next to the fence.

In the layby (where there is the sign 'Free Horse Manure) at the very top end where the layby stops (going away from Cressex Road) if you walk to the fence you will see x2 bags of what looks like roofing material bagged up in white and green bags.
