In grass verge just round the corner into the lane shown with a dotted line on your map. The lane does not have a road sign but is called Beamengreen Wood Lane and definitely belongs to the County Council, as does the grass verge adjacent to the road. This website would not let me mark the exact spot, but this fly tipping of various items including the pink toilet, cistern and other plumbing items have all been dumped where the council bottle banks and paper rubbish and plastic and cans skips used to be sited, This is why people are aware it is a good place to dump rubbish!
