Redact

My neighbour has concreted over his front garden and as of the Easter Weekend is now parallel parking his car outside his house. As you may be able to see from this photo they can not mount the kerb at right angles to their house but have to take an obtuse angle which is directly outside my front door. This is a danger to me and the occupants of my house as my front door exits straight on to the pathway - I have less than 2 foot of pathway between my front door and the curb. I am seriously concerned that I really have to look for cars as well as pedestrians on a foot path to exit my front door.
