Reported several times, someone came and spent about 2 minutes dumping a small amount of tarmac into part of the damage, stamped down with his foot and left. The whole area had been marked out to repaired. Damage to wheelchair Trip hazard-many people have tripped entering my property

  • Thank you for your report; the repair has been added to our programme of works.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out as we programme the work on a priority basis (in line with our Highway Inspection Policy). This does mean that sometimes planned programme times may need to be changed due to priority based working.
    Please be assured this problem is on our list of works to be carried out. We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of our Highways Inspection Policy which can be accessed via the link below:
