Grid reference 647312 road junction between Preston Bisset and Barton Hartshorne, and all along the roadside from Preston Bisset to this road junction

Scattered across the road are what look like bullets. They are small pointed steel cylinders about 3 cms long. There are hundreds of them all along the road up to that road junctiuon. There are also the boxes that they fewll out of. Each box is red and held 50 of the objects. According to the box, they are cream chargers filled with whipping cream for the catering industry. They are under pressure, and contain Nitrous Oxide. The instructions say "Do not use force or damage chargers" and keep away from children. I would imagine anyone driving over them might make them explode, so they may be dangerous. Maybe they fell out of a van with the back door open, or maybe they had been stolen - though who would steal anything like that is a mystery.
