Corner of Thornhill Close and High Street but also outside Kings Arms and Market Hall

Reported via desktop in the Road lines / road markings category by Martin Pounce at 16:43, Friday 23 April 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Thick double yellow lines have appeared in the past month which are inappropriate in a conservation area. Four years ago when I was chair of the Amersham Society I had a conversation with your team who agreed to use narrower, primrose yellow markings in Church Street and who assured me that this decision would be recorded on your system. I was extremely disappointed to see that your team had used the tick lines AS A CONTINUATION of the more sensitive conservation markings in Church Street. This is thoughtless and unsightly. I would like a conversation with a member of your team about how this can be rectified, please.
