Redact

Five or six black plastic household waste bags have been thrown into the ditch and hedgerow to the right of the five barred field entrance. There is a lay-by stop off point here which people use to dump rubbish having stopped for lunch / and or a break. It's been there for some time and needs collecting before the bags fall apart. I originally reported this matter on 06/04 and you closed it without any response. If the council can attend and place a sticker on the waste, then why can't they simply remove it - a disgrace !!
