Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2705246.
My name is Mrs Y Ponnuthurai, live in 7 Lime Tree Walk. Next to my house we have a long walk path lined with number of tall Lime Trees. Most of tress belong to the houses ( 1-14 Yok Close) and they have been maintained regularly. In fact, the trees maintenance is happening now to reduce the hight of the trees, with your planning permission ( Ref: PL/20/4124/ TP). I would like to highlight one of the incident happened in the last couple of years, where on of the tree fell into my neighbouring house and made a significant damage to the house, luckily there wasn’t any fatality.
My email complaint now is about the two/ three trees ( front part of the line of tress) in the Lime Tree walk, they belong to the Council. Couple of times council organised to remove the epicormic growth, but never reduced the hight of the tress. Now compare to the rest of the tress, the font trees are very much overgrown, I am now concern over the safety to my family. In the unfortunate event of that tree falling that can be fatal and will incur huge damage as well.
Can this be please looked into and arrange the same treatment as the rest of the trees, which are being maintained now with planning permission ( Ref PL/20/4124/TP).
I have attached photo evidences comparing the hight deference of privately owned/ maintained trees to the council owned tress.
Appreciate a speedy response to my complaint please. My mobile: 07796267113. Please feel free to call me if more information needed.
