The verge drainage ditch/culvert/gulley running along the wood side of Wapseys Lane is not functioning correctly and thus requires fully cleaning along its entire length from Moat Farm Cottages to the junction of Hedgerley Lane ensure that all surface water drains. After heavy rain Wapseys Lane can become flooded as the water is unable to drain away promptly.

    Our records will be used to generate larger planned works and will also enable us to pick up this defect when we are carrying out repairs of a similar nature in the area.
