Tree could be rotting, danger of falling over

The tree outside 36 Somerset Way looks like it could be rotting inside. This has been reported previously but hasn’t been inspected yet. Since being pollarded a couple of years ago the branches haven’t grown back properly unlike other trees on the same street, and it looks like there could be rot at the bottom of the tree. Please inspect this before it causes an accident.
