Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 01:08, Sunday 9 May 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Despite emails from you assuring us that the drain would be cleared and a long term solution found, no work has been carried out to resolve the issue. After heavy rainfall again yesterday, the entire width of the pavement is just one big puddle. PLEASE do something to sort this problem and prevent it from happening again.

    Update for today.

The blocked drain and heavy rainfall means that the puddle fills the entire width of the pavement and on to our drive. It also fills the entire width of our driveway, so no pedestrian access is possible. This needs sorting as a matter of urgency, so please do not close this request, as you have previously done, until the drainage has been fixed.
