These traffic lights went up on Thursday morning 6 May. Hole dug in verge then the people went by midday. A lone truck with a man in was in the coned area all afternoon and again all day Friday. No work done. The lights are still in place but there is nothing in the road so the lights are not needed at all. What is happening here and is this being paid for out of council tax? Thank you
