Works were completed yesterday by Openreach/contractors, near entrance to NewHouse (trench &refill of road). Remaining tarmac has been dumped on the verge c200m down the road, (towards Wendover). Residents are already struggling with the inconsiderate and at times dangerous parking of people going to Wendover woods, who park along the verges on Hale Lane. So many have been parking that they have damaged the verges by way of making a car pull in, this tarmac is only going to exacerbate the situation. Cars travel on this road at speed and residents cannot safely see to pull out of their driveways onto this single track lane. Please can somebody look at this immediately.
