Fixed
Blind corner on Chesham Lane
Reported via desktop in the Road surface category anonymously at 16:34, Mon 17 May 2021
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2731890.
The road is deteriorating quickly on both sides of the carriageway on this sharp corner. There is a significant increase in traffic along this road - as a result of traffic lights installed on A413 - and now there is many HGVs and other traffic from the film shoot at Newlands Park. Cars are driving in the middle of the road around a blind corner to avoid the holes. This is dangerous.

Further to the original report, I live nearby this corner and (like most people these days) work from home. I hear the sound of car horns blaring throughout the day as cars meet each other head-on as they come around the corner. It is only a matter of time before the refusal of Bucks Council to repair this, and so many other roads, are responsible for serious accidents.
