Turning Head at the end of Lenborough Road

Vehicles are a continuous nuisance parking in what is a turning head at the end of Lenborough Rd. This results in a 7.5 ton typical delivery vehicle unable to turn. The result is that all trucks end up reversing more than the permitted distance by law right back down to Lenborough Close to turn. Even your own refuse trucks cannot turn. This is an old unpaved poorly maintained road and has a substantial amount of pedestrian traffic using it including the elderly and children therefore constanrly placing them in danger. This is a no through road but allows pedestrian access. Some 20 plus years ago when Lenborough Rd was severed by Embleton Way this turning head was installed to avoid this very contravention of the highways reversing laws. PLEASE ACT ON THIS WITH THE UTMOST URGENCY BEFORE SOMEONE GETS INJURED!
