Every year this verge becomes overgrown with Nettles making it difficult to walk along. Last year, the entire verge was cut down which is unnecessary. The contractor only needs to cut back a couple of feet from the path (See shaded area in attached photo). This would save fuel, time, unnecessary destruction of natural habitat for wild life and will provide some shielding from flooding which frequently happens along this road.
