Along road between sections of chess valley walk

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 17:20, Monday 24 May 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Multiple large potholes along the road. Have all been refilled at least twice over the past year but each time the workers simply put more tarmac on-top. They do not clear the debris or loose gravel which has washed into the road, and it lifts within days. They must clear them or cut out properly when refilling!

  • The contractors have repeated the actions of their predecessors and simply tipped more surfacing into the potholes which were filled with debris from the road and banks. It won’t last more than a couple of weeks. They haven’t even filled all of them. Please can you get someone out to re-inspect and re-fill correctly ie remove debris and/or cut out existing loose substrate or resurface this area. I hear cars bottoming out all the time here, and cyclist have come off their bikes several times as there is no safe route to take or stable surface to stop on when they come down the road from Ley Hill.
