On Pednor Bottom, about 10 metres west of its junction with Westdean Lane.

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

This issue has been present for at least 2 YEARS! Whenever it rains, a small lake of about 10 metres in length and 25cm in depth at its deepest point, takes up more than the entire width of the road. It's impassable on foot and is very dangerous for 2-wheeled traffic because of the presence of deep potholes which are invisible due to the presence of muddy water. Drains are blocked and the landowner to the south has created a very effective dyke to ensure that any water remains in the road.
