Litter and verges
Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 20:01, Friday 28 May 2021
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Yes - Haddenham parish council confirmed they are allowing the verges to grow in the 30mph zone. They recommended I contact Bucks council re the remaining stretch in the 60 mph zone of Pegasus way (this does not belong to them) There is quite a long stretch up to the junction so clearly leaving the verges to grow will not impact upon safety.
Thanks for the street scene address. I will contact them again and hope for a response.

Dear Frances Vale, Reference report number 46076226 Dear Mr Vale,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding grass cutting at the above location.
Haddenham Parish council under develotion are responsible for the grass cutting within the 30mph zones and Transpoort for Buckinghamshire outside of that area.
Buckinghamshire Council are currently trialing sites this year for wild flower growth. Obviously not cutting grass especially at junctions has a safety implication.
I would suggest bringing this issue up with Haddenham Parish Council to see if this is something they would support.
In regards to litter: This is covered by Street Scene at Buckinghamshire Council. Please can you contact them directly at,
