Brambles in a bush growing over pavement at Head height

Reported via desktop in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 06:46, Saturday 29 May 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

There is a bush/tree by the first lamppost in Jenner Lane which for years has had brambles growing through it and hanging down at head heigh completely blocking the path, Passing in the dark could get people in to their eyes. I am fed up with keeping it cut back and being short and elderly can no longer reach up to trim it to a safe level. The whole lot needs serious attention to cure it permanently before someone gets an eye taken out.
