There is a multi stemmed sycamore that is dead and has been for some time overhanging the footpath and road which is a main access route for children to the school and nursery. People also park their cars on this stretch. I believe the tree is one of several in the area to have succumbed to sooty bark disease which is also a public health risk. I reported this issue some time ago - at least last autumn- but despite tree work being carried out in the area, this dangerous tree has not been dealt with.
