Subway has reflooded (and we haven't had rain!)

Hi there
I was going to update you, further to my previous reports, that the water had evaporated leaving a muddy mess - see first photo (child obscured) - it would have been a good opportunity to clean the subway before the next rain.
Today we went to use the subway and the water has returned at either end - see second and third photos. It has not rained overnight, so that would suggest the water is coming in through the drains.
So again we had to take our chances crossing the busy dual-carriageway, along with many others. This really needs investigating, please.
Thank you.

Update: the mud had dried up for a couple of days and then become wet again, suggesting water is still coming up through the drains. As soon as the rain that’s forecast for Wednesday night comes it will flood and be impassable again, so there is a window of today and tomorrow to at least clear the mud to reduce the change of flooding. Please fix this! Thanks.

Thank you for the update and your attention to this. What kind of timeline are we looking at: weeks, months, even years?! In the meantime, we see the attached many times a day and it is simply dangerous for that subway not to be functioning.
Kind regards, James

Hi there
It is is coming up to two months since I first reported this issue and still nothing has been done about it. Yesterday morning it was 'just' a muddy mess. By the afternoon it was refilling from the drains again - see attached. The same happened earlier in the week. Yet we have had no rain. This is clearly a drainage issue, as well as desperately requiring cleaning. Please advise when this is likely to be fixed: hopefully before someone gets knocked over trying to cross the A413 dual-carriageway.
Many thanks, James
