Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Marsh Lane closure. Further to earlier comments, I believe there should be a footpath along this route, which would allow pedestrians (including cyclists carrying their bikes) through the road blockage, which is set to last 4 or 5 years. This would allow cyclists access to the lanes towards Thame and Haddenham and Oxfordshire without using the A4010 or putting lives at unnecesary risk. Is this pedestrian route closure lawful?
