Redact

A new driveway has been installed. The banking on either side of the driveway is public land. It has been dangerously and poorly finished. There is now a steep gradient and a potential hazard of a serious fall from height. This is a health and safety concern and should be reported by the council to the HSE accordingly. The mitigation on either side is wooden cains and tape, this is completely not fit for purpose and non-compliant to any health and safety regulation.

At the very least the gradient should be decreased and a banking fit for purpose like turf should be installed. No signage is in place and a child or person(s) with poor eyesight could get seriously get hurt.
