Road just outside No. 14 Wooburn Green Lane beginning of flyover if travelling South.

The road surface is damaged and/or drains blocked which causes water to gather every time it rains. This water splashes over whenever a vehicle passes over it and splashes anyone walking on the pavement and reaches inside the driveway of No. 14, it is dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians. The issue has been ongoing for over 6 years and has previously been reported to the Council. Kindly rectify as soon as possible.
