Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
We have been informed by the resident of No.16 Lancaster House that when there is heavy rains water is running down into the exterior entrance of her entrance to the flat and then pouring into the property from under the door sill. there is a dropped curb which acts as an overflow for the road water to spill over and run directly down into No.16. even though there are two drains either side of the dropped curb, this is not having any affect on the issue and our tenant is constantly being flooded inside her home. no drainage channel or soak away at the top of the courtyard to divert excess water away, nor is there any soak away to disperse water.
