The storm drain on the layby opposite the council depot on London Road East

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 17:52, Fri 18 June 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

This issue was reported on 14/6/2021. Although, the drain has been blocked for several years it is only a problem after a major rain fall. However, there has been a sewage overflow. Thames Water have stopped any further sewage overflow but the area now has raw sewage. The recent heavy rainfall has resulted in layby having several feet of sewage as per the attached photos. Since we expect several more days of very heavy rainfall, I am concerned that we might have an environmental problem unless the drain is cleared soon.
