Immediately outside the entrance to 12 & 12A Sandelswood End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2NW

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2810019.
A large pothole immediately outside the entrance to 12 & 12A Sandelswood End has recently grown bigger and chunks of the road surface are being thrown out the hole as debris. There is a lot of cracked road surface around the hole too, suggesting limited time left until the hole grows meaningfully again. The hole has been there for over a year but has recently grown deeper and wider.
The hole is particularly vulnerable to growing quickly because a) the section of road outside 12 & 12A Sandelswood floods with water during rain, thereby weathering the road surface and enabling easier break up, and b) that section of road is limited to one car passing at a time because of parked cars on either side of the road, which means the pothole is subject to a high volume of traffic coming from both directions.
The hole is creating issues for the owners of 12 & 12A Sandelswood End when we edge out to join Sandelswood End road in our cars. When cars are parked on the road it is very difficult to exit our drive safely anyway, now the pothole adds a further issue by compromising safety when we try to join the road and avoid the pothole.
