Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2812085.
The drain, which does not show up on the map and yet is a council maintained drain, is blocked and full of what looks like 'fat'. This drain, which was installed by the council, also takes rainwater from the Grade I listed church roofs. It is likely this blocked drain (and other drains around it, including the underground pipes that go to the downpipes of the guttering, all of which are council maintained) is contributing to rising damp in the south porch. There are four other drains that I know of owned by the council in the churchyard. These also do not show up. Including what I believe are two 'soakaways'. These four other drains are badly in need of clearing but water seems to be passing through.
