Almost impossible to walk or cycle along stretch of Frith Hill (opposite entrance to Church and below turning for South Heath/Ballinger). Seems never been maintened/cleared of ivy and overhanging tree branches since foot path/cycle way %& constructed by Council 20+ years ago.
