There are two drains at this location but neither can cope with a normal rainfall. Water collects at this point and only slowly goes (as if it were only seeping into a soakaway). The depth of rainwater can easily reach 5 inches (13cm) to spread across the road and cut-off the driveway to the adjacent property.
