Ref my post this morning number 40169363 and your reply that gully clearance is going to be planed but you cannot give a date, I am surprised you do not know when its starting, can you at least give some idea? are we looking at a week, a month or longer? As this problem appears to have got worse since the laying of the pipes along the road earlier in the year we suspect the nearest drain have been filled up with dirt from the trench along side of it, do you have any insurance to compensate for the damage caused?
