Junc of Well Street and Bridge Street Buckingham, yellow temporary bollard has been moved again and has left a trip hazard and exposed electrics. The bollard has been moved to outside Smith and Clay butchers in Buckingham High Street. The bollard is in the middle of the pavement and the public believe its there for a reason and are passing it by walking in the road. The issue of the missing original bollard has been booked over one and a half years ago, can this be permanently fixed please, the same people are taking the temporary bollard each time it is put back unfixed, it is causing anti social behaviour and can easily be rectified by permanently replacing the bollard at Well Street, the council have had a year and a half to get a replacement.
